Q: Am I employed by CitySprint?

A:
No you are completely self-employed.

Q: How do I get paid and when?

A:
You get paid by each job you complete and paid weekly via the BACS system (money straight into your bank account).

Q: How many days and hours can I work?

A:
Due to Health and Safety reasons we only wish for you to operate a vehicle within your own driving capabilities and we do not encourage excessive driving hours.

Q: Can I take courier work from any one of your ServiceCentres?

A:
Yes – the CityTrakker enables you to receive jobs from any of our ServiceCentres.

Q: How much does a rental vehicle cost?

A:
Our hire rates are very competitive and include Insurance/Servicing and Road Tax – please call us for further details.

Q: Do I need any money up front to start?

A:
No... any deposits are taken once you start on circuit, no money is taken up front.
