Customer Service/Operations Assistant

Duties:

  • Confidently deal with all incoming customer calls in a curteous and efficient manner
  • Complete bookings on our in-house computer program (CityTrak)
  • To resolve and direct customer queries by effectively communicating with other ServiceCentres and departments at all levels

  • Computer literate and comfortable learning new computer packages
  • Fast and efficient keyboard skills
  • Efficient and customer focused telephone manner
