Customer Service/Operations Assistant
Duties:
- Confidently deal with all incoming customer calls in a curteous and efficient manner
- Complete bookings on our in-house computer program (CityTrak)
- To resolve and direct customer queries by effectively communicating with other ServiceCentres and departments at all levels
Skills and abilities:
- Computer literate and comfortable learning new computer packages
- Fast and efficient keyboard skills
- Efficient and customer focused telephone manner
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Able to work in a pressured environment
- Flexible
- Reliable
- Good team player
- Mature, professional, measured approach
