We have an ongoing program, which continuously reviews the technologies we deploy to ensure they are the most appropriate and are matched to our customers business needs. Existing technologies include systems which enable us to optimise productivity from in-house operations and deliver enhanced levels of service from a customer aspect.

| Customers can also use this system to access real time updates of deliveries and view electronic signatures as proof of delivery. This is made possible through the recent introduction of our CourierLocater system; this is the first national, live, courier tracking system which enables customers to view a real-time map position of the courier undertaking the job. |

When a job is received our ‘preferred carrier’ software determines which of our couriers can best undertake that job and the job details are dispatched electronically to that courier within seconds of the order being received. |
GPS enabled mobile data units (CityTrakkers) are deployed across our national fleet of couriers. This means that we know the exact position of each of our couriers, the vehicle they are driving, what they are delivering and where they are going. |

The courier receives the jobs on their CityTrakker, acknowledges receipt of the information and confirms acceptance of the job. As the courier undertakes this job the mapping software tracks his movements. |

This information is then sent to our computer systems in real time allowing our customers to view the exact status of their job, both in a time stamped format (called QuikTrak) and as a real time graphic showing the courier’s location on a map. |

When the delivery is complete the recipient signs the CityTrakker as proof of delivery and the signature is sent electronically back to our system where it can then be viewed through QuikTrak. |
OnLine offers customers’ transparency, enhanced speed of booking and replaces the need for telephone calls to book jobs and gain status updates. |

CitySprint OnLine also offers customers Account Activity Reports that contain comprehensive information on jobs booked. We will shortly be introducing the facility to make payment by Credit Card, Debit Card and Corporate Purchasing Card through the system.
