Our technology
CitySprint CityTrakkers that couriers use.

CitySprint couriers are equipped with GPS enabled hand held computers (CityTrakkers), which transmit information to and from our system in real time. This means that we know the exact location of each of our couriers across the UK.

When you book, either by phone or OnLine through our website, our system identifies those couriers who are able to do your job. Our recommended carrier software then selects the optimum courier. Job details are sent electronically to the courier who then acknowledges the receipt of the information on their CityTrakker and confirms acceptance of the job. As the courier proceeds to the collection point and onward through to delivery, the CourierLocator software tracks the courier’s movements in real time.
